Modern Interpretations of Criminal Law

An excellent restatement of previous works on criminal law that is modern and easy to read. I recommend this textbook to anyone interested in common law explanations of the American system of justice. It explains numerous legal cases that elucidate people, law, and justice. Legal history is mentioned, too.
